Public IT is an independent IT service management company focussed on helping IT teams get the most from best practice such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 27000 and ISO/IEC 20000. It is run by Ken Holmes, a consultant with over 20 years experience in the IT industry. Ken is a qualified ITIL V3 Expert and holds the Consultant and Auditor certificates in ISO/IEC 20000.

We provide consultancy, books, standards and template materials to many organisations across Europe, Asia and North America and we have built up a significant body of knowledge about the best approach, scope, staff involvement techniques, tools and documentation to help you get the best out of IT service management best practice rapidly and  effectively. Although we work with any size of team, we have particular experience and knowledge of the needs of small IT teams, whether public or private sector.
