Public IT is an independent consultancy specialising in helping IT service providers become more productive through the use of best practice in IT service management. We focus on the use of ITIL V3 and the ISO/IEC 20000 standard for IT service management and have taken a number of organisations through to successful certification.

We are an active member of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), an independent and internationally-recognised organisation responsible for the on-going development and promotion of IT Service Management "best practice", standards and qualifications since 1991. Our Principal Consultant is a degree-qualified IT service management practitioner and auditor and is a member of the Institute of IT Service Management.
