Shipping
Shipping for orders up to and including 10 items is £5.95 inc. VAT to the UK and £9.95 outside the UK.
For orders of more than 10 items shipping is £12.50 inc. VAT to the UK and £25.00 outside the UK.
Orders for the ITIL 2011 Lifecycle Suite are treated as high value shipments and are charged at £9.95 to the UK, £37.95 to Europe and £52.95 outside Europe.
For delivery of UK orders please allow up to 7 days and for outside the UK up to 30 days.
